White Red Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 2 piece of white compund slab
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red food colour

Directions

Chopped or grated the white compund slab pices.

Melt in with double boiler process in low flame.

When the chocolate melts add in silicon heart shape mould.

Tab it & leave it for 10 minutes to set.

On the other hand add red gel food colour to the remaining chocolates & mix well.

Add to the piping bag & make design on the top of the white chocolates we had made. Let it be set.

And add the remaing red melted chocolates in to the mini heart shape mould.
